台湾式リラクゼーションサロン「亮足（りょうそく）養生館」の公式サイト開発を担当しました。 繁体字・日本語・韓国語・英語に対応した多言語サイトとして構築し、訪台観光客を含む幅広いユーザーへ対応。 店舗情報や施術メニュー、料金案内を分かりやすく整理するとともに、オンライン予約機能を実装し、スムーズな来店導線を実現しました。 スマートフォン対応を含むUI/UX設計や、落ち着きと高級感を意識したデザインにより、店舗の世界観を表現しています。

個人クリエイター向けのEC・コミュニティ複合プラットフォーム構想において、PMおよびワイヤーフレーム設計を担当しました。 本プロジェクトは、オリジナル作品・設計図・スキル販売・制作記録・コミュニティ機能などを統合したサービスで、ものづくりを楽しむクリエイター同士がつながり、作品を発信・販売できるプラットフォームを目指したものです。 要件整理、画面遷移設計、機能構成整理、MVP定義、管理画面を含めた情報設計などを実施し、売買・コミュニティ・分析・マッチングを横断する複雑なUX設計を支援しました。 また、クリエイター向けSNS・マーケットプレイス・分析機能を統合した構成に対し、段階的なリリースを前提とした開発計画・運用設計の検討にも携わりました。

美少女×ダークファンタジーをテーマとしたPC・スマートフォン向けオンラインRPGにおいて、ゲーム運用開発支援を行いました。 イベント・ガチャ・期間限定コンテンツなどの運用施策に関連する機能開発や改修対応をはじめ、既存システムの改善、データ連携、管理機能対応など、継続運営に必要な開発業務を担当。 長期運営タイトルに求められる安定性とスピード感を重視し、運営チームと連携しながら、継続的なアップデート・改善に貢献しました。

大手企業による公共・自治体領域向けシステム基盤検証プロジェクトに参画し、生成AIや申請管理システムに関する技術検証支援を行いました。 本プロジェクトでは、クラウド環境上でのAI基盤検証、各種システムとの連携検討、構成評価などを実施。 複数チームが連携する体制の中で、技術調査、課題整理、ドキュメント整備など、プロジェクト推進を支援しました。 また、構成図や検証資料、各種設定ドキュメントなどを整備し、今後の展開に向けた基盤構築に貢献しました。
