That is the ideal we strive for. Currently, we have built a small but highly skilled team that specializes in long-term projects and can handle a wide range of technical areas. Each team member handles multiple domains and languages, taking on responsibilities from design to implementation and maintenance. While we face challenges in sales and recruitment, we are driving improvements by leveraging our culture of embracing change and taking on challenges, as well as our environment that empowers autonomy. Externally, we are recognized as a "reliable technical team capable of addressing high-difficulty challenges," and internally, we are a "proud workplace where individual initiatives are valued." We are a group of engineers who transcend technical divisions such as front-end, back-end, and infrastructure, and take responsibility for the entire product. A single engineer is responsible for multiple areas and multiple languages, and works to create value without being conscious of technical boundaries. This is our "common sense." This flexibility and ability to cross boundaries enables us to create products that are not bound by fixed ideas and to take on unknown challenges. We will leverage this culture of crossing boundaries to update the very concept of what engineers should be and how development should be conducted in the coming era. What is still the "future" norm today, we will create through our practices today.

CEO Manabu Yano

Born in 1987 and raised in Osaka, Yano is a true man from Kyushu. After graduating from the Waseda University School of Creative Science and Engineering, Department of Architecture, he joined a game-related publishing company in April 2012. He was involved in the production of corporate websites, game strategy books, and publishing materials for plugins for Adobe products.After a freelance period, he joined the CyberAgent Group in December 2013. As an app engineer leader, he was mainly in charge of design, implementation, refactoring, localization, verification of new technologies, app applications, development management, and engineer HR, and sharing technology between subsidiaries.He became the CTO of Dropseed, Inc. in 2016. He was involved in market research for game apps in the EU and publishing and localization projects.
